PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is issued and applied by Individual Entrepreneur Elena Vladimirovna Butyugova (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") in accordance with paragraph 2, part 1, article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data."

2.1. Clients who are in contractual relationships with the Operator and their legal representatives.

3.Purposes of processing Clients’ personal data
The Operator processes Clients’ personal data for the following purposes:
3.1. Provision of services by the Operator in accordance with the contract concluded between the Operator and the Client.
3.2. Establishing feedback with the Client, including sending notifications regarding service procedures and processing Client requests and applications.

4.Categories of personal data processed by the Operator
4.1. To achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, the Operator processes the following categories of personal data:
  • last name, first name, and patronymic;
  • email address;mobile phone number.

5.Methods and conditions of personal data processing
5.1. The Operator carries out both automated and non-automated processing of Clients’ personal data.
5.2. Clients’ personal information remains confidential, except in cases where the Client voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access.
5.3. The Operator discloses Clients’ information to third parties only when required by applicable law, government authorities, legal proceedings, court orders, or judicial processes.
5.4. The processing and storage of Clients’ personal data are carried out until the Client refuses the Operator’s services.
5.5. If the Client refuses the Operator’s services, their personal data will be deleted by destroying their account, after which such an account cannot be restored.
5.6. The Operator provides services to Clients through its website hosted on https://getcourse.ru/, a software platform called “GetCourse 2.0,” designed for creating online schools and organizing online education. The site uses the HTTPS extension to the HTTP protocol to increase security and protect information.
5.7. Hosting and dedicated server services are provided by JSC “Selectel” (https://selectel.ru/about/details).

6.Ensuring the security of personal data
6.1. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect Clients’ personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions by third parties. The Operator follows industry-standard practices for protecting personal information at all stages of data processing.
6.2. In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006, the Operator independently determines the scope and list of measures necessary to ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
6.3. Protection of personal data is ensured by:
6.3.1. Appointing a person responsible for the processing and protection of personal data.
6.3.2. Approving this Policy.
6.3.3. Organizing employee access to Client personal data in accordance with their official duties.
6.4. The Client may protect their personal data by withdrawing their consent to its processing or in other ways provided by law.
6.5. The Operator and the Client jointly take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences resulting from the loss or disclosure of the Client’s personal data.
6.6. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator informs the Client about the incident.

7.Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Operator, in case of failure to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the Client due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator shall not be liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was disclosed with the Client’s consent.

8.Additional Provisions
8.1. The Operator may amend this Policy without the Client’s consent.
8.2. The new Policy enters into force from the moment it is published on the Website unless otherwise specified by the new version.
